Our fees are standard related to the type of examination or procedure performed. Fees are comparable to those of other local medical and dental offices. Because we are a Federally Qualified Health Center, we can offer a sliding fee discount program for those who qualify. Based on your family size and income, you may qualify for the sliding fee discount. Please contact us today for more information.

HAHC participates with multiple insurances including Medicare, Medicaid and commerical plans. If your insurance is not listed please contact the office.

We particpate in Medicare and the following Medicare Advantage Plans: Freedom Blue, Independence Blue, Security Blue, United Healthcare, and UPMC for Life.

Our Medicaid participation includes:

Pennsylvania Medicaid and Pennsylvania Medicaid Managed Care products: Aetna Better Health, Amerihealth Mercy, Coventry Cares Health Plan, Gateway Health Plan, United Healthcare Community Plan, and UPMC for You. We participate in Pennsylvania Medicaid products for both medical and dental.

Maryland Medicaid and Maryland Medicaid Managed Care products: Maryland Physicians Care, Maryland Physicians Care PAC, United Healthcare Medicaid, and United Healthcare Medicaid PAC. We do not participate in Maryland Medicaid dental.

West Virginia Medicaid and WV Medicaid Products: Molina, Unicare, and Unisys. We do not participate in WV Medicaid dental.

Our Pennsylvania CHIP participation includes: Aetna Better Health, Geisinger Health Plan Kids, Highmark Y-18, United Healthcare Community Plan for Kids, UPMC for Kids.
